I help businesses, brands and creative people turn good ideas into cool merch.
That could be an independent business with a new merch idea, a marketing team looking for a local printer, or a designer who needs someone to turn their artwork into something physical.
Breweries, coffee roasters, clothing brands, specialty retailers and other independent businesses looking to make merch that feels like them.
Events, launches, collaborations and other projects that need a small run of merch to make the occasion a bit more memorable.
Agencies, studios and designers who need a reliable screen printer to bring their work to life. You bring the creative, I'll take care of the print.
Small-run screen printing from my Christchurch workshop, working primarily with t-shirts, hoodies and other apparel. Whether you’ve got a fully finished design ready to go or just an idea you want to develop, I can help get it onto the right garment and into production.
I screen print on a apparel from suppliers like AS Colour and Thread Project. From a handful of tees to a full run of company merch. I can help you choose the right garment, print size and placement to suit your design and how you want it to feel.
You don’t need to order hundreds of garments to make screen printing worthwhile. My setup is geared towards small to medium-sized runs, making it a good fit for independent businesses, clothing brands, events and limited-edition releases.
Already have a finished design? Great! I can take care of getting it ready for print. If your artwork needs a few tweaks or you’re starting with more of an idea than a finished design, I can help with that too. I have design packages available for custom graphics.
Screen printing is one of the OG ways of getting ink onto fabric, and I reckon it’s still one of the best. I create stencils on fine mesh screens and push ink through onto the garment. Creating bold, durable prints with a tactile, handmade quality.
Screen printed ink settles into the cotton and lets some of the natural texture of the fibres come through, giving the print a really nice, tactile feel. It’s rich and solid without looking overly smooth or flat.
All my prints are done with waterbased inks. These inks are soft to touch and naturally fade to a really nice vintage look over time. They look great printed on light coloured gear, but won't look as bright on dark fabric compared to standard plastic based ink. But water based ink needs less chemicals and it it's a little nicer on the planet.
Screen prints age with grace. They are durable prints but as you continue to wear and wash them, the print will settle in and age with the garment. Giving you a lived-in feel while it slowly becomes your new favourite tee.

Any project that comes through my doors will go through pre-press. That's where I check the artwork, ensure it's good quality and prepare it to be made into screens. If you're looking for some new graphics, I've got a couple of options that might suit you.
If your artwork needs some touch ups before it can go to print I may recommend you invest in some artwork support. I can fix and tidy up designs and give you a clean set of artwork files for this project and any further use.
If you want to do a little more than just printing your logo I'd recommend looking into a Brand Badge. Badge designs look great on merch, they're more wearable than standard logo tees because you feel less like a walking billboard.
I can make a custom badge design for your merch based your own brand fonts, colours, logos and slogans.
Are you looking to get something truly custom for your new merch? It's a good way to commemorate an event or occassion. Or maybe you feel like your customers or staff deserve something unique to wear.
You could have an idea already or you be coming in completely fresh. But we'll work together to make something that fits your brand, your vision, and looks good to wear.
